Reginald Tumusiime
Group Chief Executive Officer, AFRICOIN
Reginald Tumusiime is the Group CEO of Africoin, a company advancing tokenization initiatives across key African markets. The firm is currently participating in a regulatory sandbox with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Ghana to tokenize gold.
He is also the CEO & Founder of CapitalSavvy, a technology-driven investment bank. He began his career at Standard Chartered and later held a regional role overseeing Big Data analytics for SME Banking across eight African markets.
Reginald currently serves as President of the Blockchain Association of Uganda and has spoken at leading global conferences, including the Finance Summit organized by Clifford Chance (2025) and the London Blockchain Conference (2024, 2025).
He is an Aspen Africa-UK Catalyst Fellow (2025).
