With over 20 years of experience spanning JP Morgan, HSBC, BNP Paribas, UBS, and regulatory roles at the National Bank of Rwanda, I specialize in building market infrastructure that connects capital with productive investment opportunities.
My focus centers on strengthening institutional frameworks—from regulatory modernization and digital infrastructure to issuer development and investor protection—while championing fintech innovation and open finance to enhance market accessibility and transparency.
