What is the Inclusive FinTech Forum about? The Inclusive FinTech Forum is a collaboration between Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC), the National Bank of Rwanda, and Elevandi. It gathers leaders, investors, and FinTechs to engage in dialogues that advance policies, regulations, and partnerships, promoting financial inclusion through FinTech.
When does the Inclusive FinTech Forum take place? The Inclusive FinTech Forum takes place from Monday, 24th February 2025 to Wednesday 26th February 2025.
Where will the Inclusive FinTech Forum be held? The event will be held at The Kigali Convention Centre, Kigali.
Is there a dress code? The dress code for the event is Business Casual.

What are the types of tickets available?

•    Industry pass: USD 200
•    Industry Group Pass: USD $170 (Minimum requirement of 3 members in a group)
•     Start-up pass: USD $100 (For founders of early-stage startups that have been operational for less than three years)
•    Government pass: Complimentary access (subject to approval)
•    Student pass: Complimentary access (subject to approval)
•    Media pass: For accredited editorial members of the press only

Does the ticket price include tax? Yes, ticket prices are inclusive of prevailing taxes.
What is included in the ticket? Different tickets have curated programmes throughout the Forum, including the Forum Stage, Roundtables, Founders Day, Talent and Careers Day and Networking Sessions.
Can I buy the ticket on-site at the event? No. we recommend securing your ticket in advance. Tickets availability is subjected to capacity cap.
Where do I collect my pass?

The forum will use accreditation to help identify delegates and control access to designated areas. All accreditation badges contain the delegate’s photo, name, and country of origin or affiliated international organization and must always be worn while accessing the designated areas. Accreditation badges are strictly non-transferable.

Badge collection will start on February 21, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Kigali time at the Kigali Convention Centre (KCC).

I won’t be able to attend the event in person. Is there a digital option? This event is in-person only.
Are tickets transferrable? Transfer of passes are subject to approval. Kindly contact hello@inclusivefintechforum.com
What is the cancellation policy? A strict no cancellation policy applies. Should you need to send a replacement, please reach out to hello@inclusivefintechforum.com with your request.
Can I request for a refund if I cannot make it to the event? All tickets paid are non-refundable. Please see the cancellation policy above.
Do I need a visa?

Citizens of all countries are allowed to get visa upon arrival without prior application. Citizens of countries members of the African Union, Commonwealth and La Francophonie can get free visas upon arrival in Rwanda for a visit of 30 days. A citizen of East African Community Member States can receive a pass/entry visa free of charge upon arrival for a six-month stay in Rwanda.

Visitors from the following countries can be granted 90-day visas at no cost upon arrival in Rwanda: Angola, Benin, Central African Republic, Chad, Cote d’Ivoire, The Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis, Ghana, Guinea, Indonesia, Haiti, Mauritius, Philippines, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Sao Tome and Principe, Singapore and the State of Qatar.

Citizens of countries that are not visa exempt have an option of applying online or at the Rwanda Diplomatic Mission of the country of residence before departure. Those applying online have the option to pay online or upon arrival. There is no single affiliated agent that is authorised to apply for a visa on your behalf.

The visa fees must not exceed 50 USD for single entry visa or 70 USD for multiple entry.
