Dr. Diane Karusisi is the CEO of Bank of Kigali Plc, Rwanda's largest commercial bank. She has revolutionized banking in Rwanda by ensuring 24/7 access to financial services. Her strategic vision and innovative leadership have driven remarkable growth, expanding BK Group into General Insurance, Investment Banking, and Technology, thereby strengthening Rwanda’s financial ecosystem. With a background in economics and experience in Rwanda's public sector, Dr. Karusisi combines economic insight with technological innovation with a focus on sustainability, financial inclusion, and customer empowerment. She currently serves on several boards, including the Rwanda Development Board, and the University of Rwanda.
