Yussouf Ntwali, co-founder and CEO of BAG, is deeply committed to transforming Africa's future through technology and workforce development. Under his leadership, BAG's job simulation platform has empowered over 20,000 users by bridging skills gaps and connecting talent with more than 200 employers across the continent.
Beyond his work with BAG, Yussouf actively fosters Kigali's tech ecosystem through Startups in Rwanda, a vibrant community he founded to support local innovators. Additionally, he hosts 'What I'm Building', a podcast where he speaks to world leaders, CEOs, founders and innovators on the continent.
