Antoine Kajangwe

Antoine Kajangwe is the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Rwanda, and previously served as the Director General in Charge of Trade and Investment. Antoine oversees the Ministry’s Trade and Industrial Development objectives. Antoine began his career as a paralegal at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, in New York, USA, and has worked with development institutions such as the Global Communities Rwanda and the Imbuto Foundation. Antoine has a bachelors’ degree in History from Oklahoma Christian University and a Master’s of Science degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
