I am the Head of Business and Product Operations office and is currently contributing to the IIPS system implementation projects. In this role, I share expertise on settlement, dispute, and support processes to build the capacity of the local hub operations team and ensure smooth, reliable operations. I works closely with ecosystem partners to strengthen trust, compliance, and sustainability in real-time payments. Believing that digital payments bring real benefits - saving time, reducing costs, and offering convenience through apps or USSD - I am motivated by the knowledge that this work directly improves people’s daily lives. Guided by the principle of “succeeding by doing good together,” I am committed to advancing financial inclusion through ThitsaWorks and Mojaloop.
