Herbert, currently serves as the Head of Financial sector Development at the Ministry of Finance and Economic planning. he has served in the same institution as the Director General for the Banking and Non Banking
He has over 15 years’ working experience in digitization of financial services, inclusive finance, especially designing / developing, implementing and evaluating of development financing and inclusive finance projects, programs strategies, policies, capacity building/skills, resource mobilization and building partnerships with development partners and funders.
