Innocent Asiimwe Mudenge

Innocent Asiimwe MUDENGE is the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer at the Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA). He brings more than 12 years of experience in public sector digital transformation, with a strong track record in leading large-scale national initiatives.
For six years, he served as Division Manager for Digital Cluster Coordination at RISA, where he oversaw strategic digital programs in Digital Skills, Smart devices adoption, e-commerce and payments. Prior to that, he also served as Director of ICT at the National Export Board of Rwanda.
