He brings seven years of experience working in emerging markets, including Ivory Coast and Uganda, where he was based in agribusiness and commodity trading — experience that gave him first-hand insight into cross-border payments, liquidity constraints, and treasury challenges across Africa.

For the past four years, Arnoud has focused on digital assets, working at the intersection of stablecoins, regulation, and financial infrastructure across African markets.
