Eugene Ntananga

Eugene Ntananga is a seasoned investment leader with over 17 years of experience in mobilizing capital, expanding access to finance, and accelerating private sector growth across Africa. As the Founder and Managing Director of 360 Enterprise Solutions (360 ES), he leads a dynamic development finance and impact advisory firm driving sustainable investment across East Africa. Previously, Eugene served as Executive Director and Country Head at Samawati Capital Partners, where he spearheaded impact advisory initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa, successfully delivering on key commercial and operational milestones. His extensive career includes leadership roles within development finance institutions (DFIs) and donor-funded initiatives, with deep expertise in debt and equity financing, strategic planning, biodiversity conservation, and climate finance. A thought leader in African investment strategies, Eugene was a core team member in a landmark research study commissioned by the Mastercard Foundation, examining pathways to enhance Africa’s competitiveness as a hub for investment vehicles. He holds an MBA from the United States and a BA in Economics from Uganda, combining global insights with deep regional expertise to shape Africa’s investment landscape.
