Louise Kanyonga

Ms. Louise Kanyonga is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Rwanda Social Security Board, a Government entity tasked with managing and promoting social security to meet the diverse socio-economic needs of Rwandans. Prior to that, she served in different capacities at RDB, including Chief Strategy & Compliance Officer and Registrar General at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) a Government institution in charge of accelerating economic growth and development of the country, where she was tasked with aligning RDB’s strategic priorities with the National Vision and driving interventions to enhance private sector competitiveness. She started out her public service career as a policy analyst in the Strategy and Policy Unit, Office of the President. Ms. Kanyonga is a lawyer by training, specialized in commercial and corporate law. She attained her LLB in South Africa at the University of the Witwatersrand and a Masters in Law (LLM) at Harvard Law School.
