Nathalie Mutalikanwa

Nathalie Mutalikanwa is an environmentalist and resource mobilizer with a strong passion for innovative and climate finance. She currently serves as Deputy Country Director at AFD Kigali, overseeing the climate portfolio, where she manages a diverse portfolio of green and transitioning public financial institutions and state-owned enterprises. Previously, she supported Rwanda Finance Limited (RFL) in the development of Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC) in partnership with LuxDev. Before that, she worked as a Climate Finance Specialist at the Rwanda Green Fund, where she led the Fund’s private sector strategy and spearheaded the development of the Rwanda Green Investment Facility, now known as Ireme Invest.
