Deogratius Kiggude is the Program Manager for The Upanzi Network at Carnegie Mellon University Africa in Kigali. He oversees partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery that help researchers connect their work and products with development actors, companies, and government agencies to build and deploy secure, inclusive digital public infrastructure, with a strong focus on capacity building in digital identity, e-KYC, digital payments, cybersecurity, data exchange, and open-source adoption. He brings 11 years of experience across humanitarian, development, and infrastructure programs.
