Esther Kirabo is a seasoned humanitarian and development professional with over 15 years of experience in gender, public health, and nonprofit management. As the Country Director at Mondiant Initiative, she leads strategic programs that promote inclusivity, economic empowerment, and refugee integration, ensuring sustainable solutions for marginalized communities.
Her expertise in gender-based violence (GBV), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and humanitarian aid has shaped impactful initiatives that bridge gaps in access to services and opportunities. With a strong background in program development, multi-sectoral partnerships, and policy advocacy, Esther champions financial inclusion and innovative solutions that empower refugees and underserved populations.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, Esther is committed to leveraging inclusivity systems to enhance refugee resilience and economic independence.
