She has worked within the global Fintech ecosystem in many countries across the world, mainly providing Governments, regulators and central banks with technical support, technology advisory, data led policy and regulatory solutions that enable sustainable development. Michelle also works across investment networks to support access to capital and large scale investments for Government and Businesses leveraging her vast banking and investment background working with family offices, High-Net worth individuals and asset allocators with a network of over 4,000 investors globally. Michelle is one of the African pioneers in the Blockchain and Artificial intelligence sectors having spent over 11 years in an industry that is just over 13 years old. Throughout this period and previous 10 years prior Michelle has worked on exploring innovative financing instruments, E-commerce - Digital Trade related initiatives including the role that emerging technologies can play in supporting a healthy Digital Economy and Trade ecosystem especially as it links to Emerging Markets. She is also Senior Advisor working with several Governments across the world, supporting Governments and African Union Member States and Heads of State, the AfCFTA Secretariat on regulatory and policy frameworks linking to the Digital Economy and Trade Ecosystem.
