Anita Mutesi

Anita Mutesi is a Capacity Development expert with 16 years’ experience in human and organizational capacity development. Over the years as an employee in various government and private sector organizations, Anita has led teams in identification of organizational and individual capacity development needs and developed strategies, frameworks and projects aimed at enhancing performance at both institutional and individual levels towards organizational, national, regional and global objectives. she is currently serving such a role at Rwanda Finance Limited as it spearheads the promotion of Kigali International Finance Centre (KIFC).
