Tania Tomé is a trailblazing entrepreneur, economist, international speaker, and tech advocate renowned for her innovative approach to leadership and empowerment. As the CEO of Ecokaya, she pioneers cutting-edge solutions in entrepreneurship and innovation, transforming industries and inspiring change globally. Her influence spans continents as an executive coach and international speaker, impacting professionals in Uganda, Rwanda, the USA, Brazil, Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique, and beyond. As President of Womenice.Org, Tania champions women’s and youth empowerment through her annual global leadership conferences, mentorship programs, and awards.
