Marthe Paauwe is the CEO an Co-Founder of MoneyPhone, a pioneering fintech company focused on enhancing financial inclusion in emerging markets. MoneyPhone serves (M)SMEs, students and smallholder farmers who are typically excluded from traditional lending systems. Marthe is driven by a mission to create equal access to opportunities globally. As a former Management Consultant and International Development leader, she has successfully expanded MoneyPhone’s innovative, inclusive financial solutions across Africa and other developing regions. She believes and is showcasing that levering technology, while building on locally embedded structures, bridges financial gaps and empowers underserved communities, providing them with greater economic opportunities. She holds a Master from Erasmus University.
