A seasoned fintech and data analytics leader with over 13 years of experience driving data-informed strategy in Rwanda’s digital financial services ecosystem. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a strong academic background in statistics, combining analytical rigor with strategic business insight.
He began his career at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR), where he spent four years applying statistical analysis to support national planning and evidence-based policy decisions.
For the past nine years, he has been at the forefront of the mobile money industry, leading initiatives in mobile money strategy, analytics, pricing, and customer value management. His work focuses on leveraging data and technology to expand the adoption and everyday use of digital financial services. He has played a key role in designing and implementing strategic pricing adjustments that significantly accelerated mobile money uptake and transaction growth.
He has also led several customer value management initiatives, using advanced analytics to acquire, grow, and retain active mobile money users while strengthening engagement across the ecosystem. Through these efforts, he has contributed to expanding digital financial inclusion, improving customer experience, and supporting sustainable growth in Rwanda’s digital economy.
