Mesfin Guaguro

Mesfin Guaguro is a seasoned development professional with over 15 years of experience in agribusiness, entrepreneurship development, market systems, financial inclusion, and cross boarder trade.

Since joining the Mastercard Foundation in December 2019 as Program Lead for MSMEs finance, Mesfin has played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Young Africa Works strategy in Ethiopia. He co-authored the country program roadmap and led the design and implementation of transformative programs focused on MSME finance, policy and regulation, and workforce development.
