Robin Charles Bairstow is a senior banking executive with nearly 3 decades of experience across Africa and Asia. He has led major financial institutions, joining I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc in 2015 as CEO, and since 2023 has taken the leadership of I&M's newest acquisition in Uganda. He at I&M he is delivering strong financial growth, operational transformation, industry leading innovation, and award winning performance. His career includes senior roles at Standard Chartered, Citibank, BOE Bank, and ABSA with deep expertise in corporate banking, transaction banking, market development, and leadership of diverse teams. He holds advanced qualifications in business administration and executive education from INSEAD and Oxford.
