Faith is a digital finance and inclusion expert with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. She has actively practiced in the DFS space across various countries in Africa. She has developed her career applying her skills to projects that are focused on inclusion, usage, and the impact of financial services.
She has led data-driven assessments and user research to inform the design of inclusive financial products and systems.
In her current role as Project Coordinator for Rwanda’s U-SACCO Automation and Consolidation Project at the Ministry of Finance and Economic planning, Faith oversees the program delivery for the rollout of digitization strategies backed by stakeholder consultations, user experience research, and capacity assessments across 416 SACCOs. Her expertise spans across various technical disciplines that include; organizational strategy development, customer segmentation, product design & testing, project management and ecosystem mapping — aimed at strengthening financial inclusion.
Faith has an MBA in International Management and is a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner (CDFP) from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
