Junior Rodrigues is a global startup ecosystem leader, venture capital executive, and entrepreneur dedicated to connecting innovation ecosystems across Latin America, Africa, and emerging markets. He is the President of the Latin American Startups Alliance (ALAS), representing 33 countries, and CEO of HUB Conecta, a platform focused on accelerating startups and enabling strategic global partnerships.

Junior acts as a deal partner, angel investor, and advisor to early-stage startups, supporting founders in fundraising, market expansion, and growth strategies. He has contributed to multiple venture capital initiatives and helped guide startups from pre-seed to scale through mentorship, investment connections, and ecosystem development.
