Kwan Chi-man

Chi-man Kwan is the Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer at Raffles Family Office, the leading multi-family offices in Asia. RFO provides tailored wealth management and preservation solutions to ultra-high net worth individuals. As Group CEO, Kwan is responsible for driving the company's strategic development and implementation. He led the company's expansion across Asia, establishing a strong presence in pivotal Asian cities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei and Bangkok. Prior to founding Raffles Family Office, Kwan had amassed a wealth of experience in the private banking sector, with over 15 years at institutions such as BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered. Additionally, he is the Founding Chairman of the Family Office Association Hong Kong, a crucial platform facilitating dialogue between the family office industry, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. He currently serves as the adjunct associate professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong. Kwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Lancaster University and Executive MBA through a joint-programme with INSEAD and Tsinghua University.
