Frank Anwelle is a leading Ghanaian fintech executive with over a decade of experience advancing digital payments, financial inclusion, and cross-border payment infrastructure across West Africa. He currently serves as Country Manager for Payaza Africa-Ghana, Liberia, and Sierra Leone, where he drives strategic expansion, regulatory engagement, and scalable payment solutions.

Frank has previously held senior leadership roles including CEO of FINCRA Ghana and Country Manager at DPO Group (Ghana), with extensive experience across telecom and banking institutions such as Vodafone Ghana (Telecel), Airtel Ghana, Millicom (Tigo), Zeepay, and First Atlantic Bank.

In 2025, he supported the Central Bank of Liberia on the implementation of the Liberia Instant Payment System (LIBPS) and has received multiple national recognitions, including the Fintech Leadership Excellence Award.
