Hon. Yves Iradukunda

Hon.Yves IRADUKUNDA is the Minister Of State at the Ministry of ICT and Innovation for the Government of Rwanda. Before joining public service, he was the Rwanda Country Director at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Director at MASS Design Group, overseeing operations in Rwanda and coordinating across the organization’s global offices.
Yves holds a Diploma in Public Service Innovation from Cambridge University Judge Business School, an MBA from the African Leadership University School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University.
