Olivier Manzi

Olivier Manzi is Senior Manager, Adopters Engagement and Advocacy at the Mojaloop Foundation, with 20+ years’ experience delivering digital payments and interoperability programs across Anglophone and Francophone Africa. He works with implementers, hub operators, DFSPs, system integrators, and regulators to accelerate adoption of Instant and Inclusive Payment Systems (IIPS)—supporting technical readiness, governance and scheme alignment, and ecosystem advocacy to move from proof-of-concept to scalable national rails.

Olivier is also Board Chairperson of Watu Credit Rwanda Ltd, an asset-financing fintech advancing inclusion via rapid financing for motorcycles (including electric) and smartphones.
