Olivier is a seasoned program manager with over 8 years of experience delivering entrepreneurship support programs across Rwanda and Africa. He brings clarity, coordination, and execution discipline across complex programs to deliver measurable outcomes. He currently supports the delivery of entrepreneurship programs with the African Management Institute (AMI) and Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, and has worked with organizations such as Westerwelle Startup Haus and 250STARTUPS. He has managed programs funded by institutions such as GIZ, the World Bank Group, and JICA. In an advisory capacity, he has also supported institutions such as LuxDev, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the International Trade Centre (ITC) with a focus on entrepreneurship ecosystem development. In Rwanda’s fintech landscape, he supported the development of a FinTech Centre needs assessment and strategic business plan informing the Centre’s operating model and priorities.
