Kingston Nwosu is Manager, Partnerships & Client Solutions, EMEA at CFA Institute, where he leads strategic partnerships and advocacy initiatives focused on expanding access to finance education and professional standards across Sub-Saharan Africa. Based in London, he specialises in connecting institutions, policymakers, and market participants to build inclusive and sustainable financial ecosystems.
In his current role, Kingston has led high‑impact collaborations, including CFA Institute’s partnership with Rwanda Finance Limited to strengthen local talent development and financial sector capacity, a model now being adopted in other markets.
With over thirteen years of experience spanning institutional sales, equity research, and investment banking across emerging and developed markets, he brings practitioner's perspective to education and workforce development. Prior to CFA Institute, he worked at FTSE 250-listed Euromoney Institutional Investor, managing a US$1M+ institutional book of business. Earlier in his career, he led equities coverage in the Agriculture and Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods sectors at FBNQuest.
Kingston is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s in Finance and Management from Cranfield University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
