Lydia Ingabire

Lydia Ingabire is the Senior Capacity Building Program Manager at the Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC).
Her expertise lies in capacity building and project management, with over seven years of experience leading national and donor-funded initiatives that strengthen skills development systems, enhance workforce competitiveness, and drive private sector growth in Rwanda.
Lydia holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of East London and a Bachelor of Science in Global Studies and Biological Sciences from Belhaven University in the United States.
